If you aren’t totally happy with anything you buy from us, you can request a refund any time. No strings attached.

Email us  at tribe @ skinsapiens.com, tell us your order number, request a refund and tell us why it didn't work for you. (This is to help us improve).

We’ll take care of the rest and refund you the full purchase price, less the cost of shipping.
